Established in 1981, incorporated in 1989, Steppo is a certified DBE/WBE Subcontractor that specializes in highway and road construction services,as well as tunneling, water, sewer line and related structures, pile-driving, excavation and caisson work. Our client base is as diverse as our business and the many services we provide.
Certified WBE/DBE in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Pennsylvania and the WBENC. Also certified WOSB.
